Principal / Chief Executive Officer, Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals, Sahiwal invites bids from PPRA-registered, income tax & sales tax registered manufacturers / authorized sole distributors / suppliers / contractors for procurement of Laboratory Items, Laboratory Items on Reagent Rental (R/R) Basis and Laboratory General Items for Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal for the Financial Year 2026–2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRS/PPRA).

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications and quantities may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (see Active Tenders / ActiveTenders.aspx). All responses and bid evaluation shall be processed exclusively through the e-procurement portal in accordance with PPRA rules.
Bid security & submission: Bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security specified against each Lot, in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee / Pay Order from a scheduled bank, drawn in favor of Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded on the e-Procurement portal. No bid submitted other than through e-Procurement will be entertained.
Eligibility & documents: Bidders must be PPRA-registered and hold valid NTN/STN and sales tax registration where applicable. Bids must include the Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, NTN/STN certificates and all other mandatory documents listed in the tender documents. Bidders currently blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or any procuring agency will not be eligible.
Submission deadline & opening: Last date and time for submission of bids is 2026-09-02 until 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-02 at 01:30 PM in the Committee Room, Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Additional notes: A bidder may submit bids for one or more lots. Award of contract will be decided lot-wise. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to cancel/annul the bidding process at any stage, in accordance with applicable PPRA rules, without assigning any reason.
