Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids under PPR-14 Rule 38(2)(a) – Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure – for procurement and installation of an IP telephone exchange, operator consoles and IP phones for the newly constructed PEF Head Office building. Submission & opening
Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. Online submission closes at 11:00 AM on 2026-08-26. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price is required as prescribed and must be provided in the manner specified in the bidding documents.
