WAPDA E-Bid for Nynas Libra Transformer Oil for Barotha-Attock (OP/ITR-274(1))

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Chief Engineer (Power) GB, invites electronic bids via EPADS for the procurement of Transformer Oil Nynas Libra for the generator transformer installed at WAPDA GB Power Complex, Barotha-Attock on FOB basis. Eligible bidders are bona fide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The contract completion period is 120 days from issuance of the purchase order.

Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS by 2026-08-26 11:00 Hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the Conference Room, Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony, Barotha-Attock. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 3,130,000 (original CDR) in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) GB must reach the Chief Engineer's office on or before the e-bid closing date and time. Bidding documents are available on EPADS (epads.gov.pk) and on WAPDA and PPRA websites.
