WAPDA Tender: Supply of Nynas Libra Transformer Oil for Barotha-Attock (E-BID OP/ITR-274(1))

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Chief Engineer (Power), GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock invites electronic bids for the procurement of Transformer Oil Nynas Libra for a generator transformer installed at WAPDA GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock on FOB basis. The contract completion period is 120 days from issuance of the purchase order.

E-bids must be submitted via EPADS (epads.gov.pk) by 26-08-2026 at 11:00 Hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs at the Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony Barotha-Attock. Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors, registered with tax authorities and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
