WAPDA E-Bid: Transformer Oil (Nynas Libra) for GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock (Ref: OP/ITR-274(1))

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Chief Engineer (Power) GB, invites electronic bids (Ref: OP/ITR-274(1)) for the procurement of Transformer Oil Nynas Libra for the generator transformer installed at WAPDA GB Power Complex, Barotha-Attock, on FOB basis. The contract completion period is 120 days from issuance of the purchase order.

E-bids must be submitted via EPADS (epads.gov.pk) by 26-08-2026 at 1100 Hrs; electronic bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs. A bid security of Rs. 3,130,000.00 in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) GB must reach the office of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock on or before the e-bid closing date and time.
