NLC Balochistan Tender: Hydrological Study for Surface Runoff/Drainage at Gabd Border Terminal

HQ Project Directorate, NLC Balochistan invites sealed proposals from reputed consultancy firms to conduct a hydrological study for surface runoff and drainage at Gabd Border Terminal (GBT). The scope includes topographic survey, rainfall and catchment analysis, surface runoff modeling and flood-risk assessment, drainage layout design with hydraulic calculations, sustainable drainage recommendations, and a final hydrological report signed by a registered professional engineer.

Pre-qualification documents must be submitted to the HQ Project Directorate, NLC Balochistan by 10:00 hours on 2026-08-03; bids will be opened at 11:00 hours the same day. Eligible firms must hold valid PEC registration in the relevant consultancy category, active FBR NTN and sales tax registration, proven experience in hydrological and drainage design, provide an Rs.100 e-stamp certificate confirming no litigation, and must not be blacklisted or have outstanding dues.
