Tender: Supply of Office, IT & Miscellaneous Items for Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad (FY 2026-27)

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad invites bids from well-reputed suppliers/firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATPL), with a registered office/sub-office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, for supply on unit-price basis for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

How to obtain bidding documents: Submit an application with copy of NTN / GST registration certificate along with a pay order of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) non-refundable for each list/package required. Documents are obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ground Floor Room No. 33, Islamabad. For enquiries call 051-9206970.

Submission & opening: Mark envelopes clearly with Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal (two-envelope system). Submit bids to the undersigned before 14:00 hrs on 2026-08-24. Technical proposals will be opened and financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened at 14:30 hrs on the same day.

Other: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Clause No. 33 of PPRA Rules.
