The Privatisation Commission on behalf of the Government of Pakistan invites Technical & Financial Proposals to hire a Financial Advisor to advise on private sector participation (privatisation and/or concession) in two power distribution companies: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) and Hazara Electric Power Company (HAZECO). Interested parties may apply individually or as a consortium with relevant transaction experience.
