Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad Cancels Tender for City Branding Arrangements

Legal Basis: Cancellation made in the public interest pursuant to Rule 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, which permits the procuring agency to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. The tender stands cancelled with immediate effect and the DMA/MCI will incur no liability to any bidder or prospective bidder on account of this cancellation.
