LWMC Invitation for Pre-Qualification — Vehicle Tracking & Management Services for Central Punjab (3-year contract)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority.

Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification of firms for hiring Vehicle Tracking & Management System services for the Central Region of Punjab for a period of three years, extendable for another three years.

Pre-qualification documents (PQD) will be available after publication on the PPRA and Punjab E-Procurement (E-P) websites. Applicants must submit pre-qualification applications online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

Key dates:

- Pre-qualification meeting (prior to PQD submission): 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours at the LWMC office.

- Online submission deadline (closing): 2026-08-27 at 11:00 hours. Online opening will be on the same day at 11:30 hours via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Eligibility/Submission notes: Applications for pre-qualification must be completed, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the PQD. Submission and opening will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Representatives may attend the opening if they choose.
