PKLI Tender: EMR Cloud Services for 18 PKLI Filter Clinics — Bid Closes 2026-08-20

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC). Invitation for e-bids from registered vendors/firms (active NTN and Sales Tax) for procurement of EMR cloud services for 18 PKLI filter clinics for FY 2025-2026. Bidding documents are available free from PKLI website and procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

How to apply/bid: Submit e-bids online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies are not required. Bidding documents and detailed specifications can be downloaded free from PKLI tenders page (https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/) and are also available on PPRA/e-procurement portals.

Bid security: To be provided as CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as specified and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system.

Eligibility & conditions: Vendors must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the bid opening date. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. All procurement actions are subject to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
