Issuer: Section Officer (General), Industries, Commerce & Investment (IC&I) Department, Government of the Punjab. Purpose: procurement of goods under a framework contract on package/lot-wise basis. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission & Opening: Electronic bids must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System before 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. All bids must include a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR as specified in the bidding documents.
Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and relevant registration & tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, PRA) and engaged in the relevant trade.
Bid validity: 120 days after submission. The department reserves the right to reject or scrap the bidding process under PPRA rules.
