District Council Pakpattan Tenders for Pavilion and Cricket Arena — Bids Due 2026-08-27

District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 for the following development works. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Key Instructions

- Bidding documents, detailed instructions, eligibility criteria, specifications and BOQs may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website.

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-08-27 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the District Council Pakpattan in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure will be adopted. Only technically responsive bidders will be considered for opening of financial bids.

- Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the Contract Price as per bidding documents.

- Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.
