Sealed/electronic bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for supply contracts for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities. Tender documents, terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement portals.
Submission & Bid Security: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Each bid must be accompanied by a fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee @ 2% of the estimated price as refundable Bid Security in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, and uploaded/submitted as prescribed on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Important: Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for costs incurred by bidders. If the scheduled opening date is declared a public holiday, the opening will be held on the next working day at the same time.
