Tender Notice — Procurement & Repair of Medical/Lab Equipment and Plant/Machinery | Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi.

Sealed bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for procurement and repair works for the FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities of the Government of Pakistan and comply with tender terms and conditions.

Bidding documents, terms and quantities are available free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and institute websites listed below. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; however, bidders must also submit a physical Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee of 2% of the estimated price as Bid Security (refundable) in the name of Medical Superintendent, Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Bid security must also be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed by PITB/ Punjab e-Procurement System.
