Privatisation Commission (on behalf of the Government of Pakistan) invites Technical and Financial Proposals for hiring a Financial Advisor to facilitate private-sector participation in two distribution companies: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) and Hazara Electric Power Company (HAZECO). Firms may apply individually or as a consortium and must have experience of undertaking similar transactions.
