Pre-Qualification: Vehicle Tracking & Management Services for South Punjab Authority — North Region (3-year)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of South Punjab Authority.

Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification from eligible vehicle tracking companies to provide vehicle tracking & management system services for the North Region of Punjab for a period of three years (extendable).

Eligibility & Submission: Interested applicants meeting the criteria in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) must submit completed, signed and stamped PQDs online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 1100 hours on or before 2026-08-27. PQD will be available immediately and free of cost on the Punjab E-Procurement and PPRA websites. Online opening of applications will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System at 1130 hours on 2026-08-27 in the presence of applicants or their representatives.

Pre-submission Meeting: A meeting prior to PQD submission will be held on 2026-08-18 at 1100 hours at the LWMC office (address below).
