LWMC Invitation for Pre-Qualification: Vehicle Tracking & Management System Services (Central Punjab)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority. LWMC invites pre-qualification applications from eligible vehicle tracking & management system companies to provide services for the Central Region of Punjab for an initial period of three years (extendable for a further three years).

Scope: Pre-qualification to provide vehicle tracking and management system services for districts in the Central Region of Punjab. Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) and detailed eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA websites.

How to apply: Applications for pre-qualification must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Applicants should download the PQD from the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website, follow the procedure for online submission, and ensure all required documents are uploaded.

Key dates and procedures: A pre-qualification meeting will be held on 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hrs at the LWMC office. Completed online applications must be submitted by 11:00 hrs on 2026-08-27. Online opening of applications will be conducted the same day at 11:30 hrs in the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of applicant representatives who choose to attend. Applicants submitting hard copies or originals should follow the PQD instructions for physical submission timelines.
