Tender for Food & Catering Services (Framework Contract 2026-27) — Nishtar Medical University Multan

Nishtar Medical University invites e-tenders from well-reputed firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR for provision of Food & Catering Services under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Chairman, Purchase Committee, Nishtar Medical University, Multan.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-28 by or before 11:00 AM (online).

- Bid opening: 2026-08-28 at 11:30 AM (online) on Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Submission and eligibility requirements:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately and in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

- Tender documents in English are available free of cost on the PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-procurement (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) websites.

- Bids must include 2% bid security of the estimated cost. All quoted prices must be in Pakistani Rupees and processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System as required by the PPRA rules.

- Bidders are responsible for timely online upload of bids via the Punjab e-Procurement portal; late submissions will not be accepted. For electronic bidding registration and submission use the Punjab e-Procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
