Tender: Supply of 25 Desktop Computer Systems — Women University Mardan (Tender No. 02/26)

Women University Mardan (Procurement Office) invites sealed electronic bids from qualified, reputable firms registered with the relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan for the supply of 25 Desktop Computer Systems. The entire bidding process will be carried out through the EPADS portal.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids submitted by any other means will not be accepted.
• Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM (submission deadline).
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-28 at 11:30 AM in the Procurement Office, Women University Mardan. Financial bids will be opened after completion of technical evaluation.
• Bid security: 2% of the total bid value (refundable) to be attached with the financial proposal as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, Women University Mardan.
• Tender document order requirement: University tender document on top, followed by mandatory documents in sequential order, then any other documents.
• Firms are encouraged to visit the site prior to submission to ensure compliance with site requirements; meetings can be arranged on request for clarifications.
• The University may increase or decrease quantity/capacity as required. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA and PPRA rules. Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the University.
