Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority E-Tender for Adventure Tourism Equipment & Trainings (Packages 1 & 2)

Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPTCA) invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms, companies and service providers for procurement of adventure tourism equipment and provision of adventure tourism trainings & services under two packages.

Key submission & pre-bid details

- Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS platform. Electronic submission deadline: on or before 2016-08-26 at 11:00 AM.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2016-08-17 at 3:30 PM in the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements

- Valid/renewed registration with legally recognized professional bodies (FBR / NTN & KPRA / STRN certificate). In case of Company, SECP Certificate and active income taxpayer status are required.

- Bidders must submit scanned original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount with the bid on EPADS. Original CDR must be submitted to the KPTCA office before the bid submission deadline.

- Bidders shall submit separate bids for each package and quote package-wise rates. Late submissions will not be accepted. No hard copies of bidding documents are required at the time of online submission.

Fees & documents

- Bidding documents may be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 1,000 (hard copy) or can be downloaded free of cost from EPADS, KPRA and KPTCA websites.

Payment & address for originals

- Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) should be made in favor of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority Fund and submitted as required.
