E-Tender: Landscape Development of TDCP Resort, Dharabi Lake, Chakwal (PKR 30,000,000)

Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (PMU-TDCP) invites e-bids for the landscape development of the TDCP Resort at Dharabi Lake, District Chakwal. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system (PEPS) under applicable PPRA regulations.

Issuer: Project Director-PMU, Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP).

Eligibility & requirements: Firms registered on PEPS (Punjab Electronic Procurement System) with valid active NTN/filer status and required registrations as per PPRA/TDCP rules must apply. Bidders must attach proof of registration, CNIC, valid NTN, and other documentary requirements as specified. A certificate of non-blacklisting as per PPRA and TDCP Rules 2014 is required.

Bid submission and security: Single-stage, single-envelope bidding will be adopted. Bidding shall be carried out only through PEPS E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security of Rs.600,000 must be furnished in the shape of CDR or an unconditional bank guarantee in favour of Tourism Development Corporation Punjab and uploaded on PEPS as required.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidders must obtain/download the bidding documents through the PEPS portal (E-Procurement). All addenda and instructions will be issued through the PEPS system.
