Invitation for Prequalification – Vehicle Tracking & Management Services for North Region of Punjab (Rawalpindi & Sargodha)

Issuing Authority: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority. Purpose: Prequalification of eligible vehicle tracking companies for hiring of Vehicle Tracking & Management System services in the North Region of Punjab for an initial period of three years (extendable for a further three years).

Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) is available immediately after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) and PPRA Punjab websites free of cost. Applications for pre-qualification, duly completed, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the PQD, must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) website. Online opening of applications will be conducted on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.

- Pre-submission meeting: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours at LWMC office.
- Application submission deadline (closing): 2026-08-27 (applications must be submitted online on or before this date).
- Online opening of applications: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 hours on Punjab E-Procurement System.
