Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad Tender for Office, IT & Facility Supplies (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Assistant Director (GS-I), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. Purpose: Open competitive bids invited from registered suppliers/firms (active taxpayers with NTN & sales tax registration) for supply of various office, IT, furniture, maintenance and cleaning items on an annual basis for Financial Year 2026-27.

Suppliers must submit application with a copy of NTN/GST registration certificate and a pay order of Rs.10,000/- (non-refundable) for each list required. Lists of items/required documents can be obtained from the office within fifteen (15) days of publication from the address below.

Submission procedure: Single stage two-envelope method will be followed. Firms must mark envelopes separately with the words 'Technical Proposal' and 'Financial Proposal', then place both sealed envelopes in a single outer envelope and clearly mention the category on the top right corner of the outer envelope. Incomplete tenders will not be entertained.

Deadline & Opening: Bids must reach the undersigned before 1400 hours on 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened on the same day (financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened).
