CDA Road Division-I Tender: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Street No. 83, Sector I-8/4, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) Road Division-I invites electronic bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a valid registration certificate in category C-6 or above and Project Code CE-01 for the year 2026-27. Bidders must meet eligibility and qualification requirements as detailed in the bidding documents.

Procurement method: Single-Stage, Single-Envelope under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents and details are available on the PPRA e-Portal and www.ppra.org.pk. Only firms/contractors registered on e-PADS are eligible. No hard copy will be accepted. Manual bids will not be entertained.

Bid security: Drawn from the bidder’s own account in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on e-PADS (PPRA e-portal) and the original submitted to the office of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. Bidders must also upload PEC registration certificate, CNIC, and Income Tax registration certificate as per e-PADS instructions.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids submitted on or before 2026-08-24 (by 11:30 hrs) will be considered; electronic opening will be at 12:00 noon on the same day. Late or manual bids will not be accepted.
