Issuer: Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA). The Authority invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms, companies and service providers for two packages under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014.

Eligibility and terms (summary): Valid/renewed registration certificates with legal/recognized professional bodies and tax authorities (FBR NTN & KPRA/STN certificate). In case of companies, SECP certificate is required. Firms/companies must be active on the active taxpayer list. Bidders must submit separate bids for each package and quote package-wise rates. Late or hard-copy bid submissions (except original CDR) will not be accepted.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-17 at 3:30 PM at the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority.
Bid documents: Can be obtained from the KPCTA office on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 (or downloaded free from EPADS, KPPRA and KPCTA websites).
