How to apply: Interested event management firms/companies/contractors may download bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), National Security Division website (www.nsd.gov.pk) and E-PADS 2.0 portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS 2.0 portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Important requirements: Upload scanned copy of bid security/earnest money (3%). Originals of Demand Draft / Pay Order / CDR must be submitted in original to Deputy Secretary (Admin), NSD, Room No. 345-E, 3rd Floor, Prime Minister’s Office, Islamabad before e-bid closing time. Failure to provide required documents may lead to rejection/disqualification.
