IESCO Invitation to Tender (NCB/06–10/026-27) – Civil & Electrical Works in Rawalpindi

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed/electronic tenders (Tender No. IESCO/NCB/06, 07, 08, 09 & 10/026-27) for multiple packages of civil and associated electrical works in Rawalpindi. Works generally include construction of 2x3 duct lines with manholes, HT/LT direct burial and road/gate crossings, supply of 1st class burnt bricks, sand, stone, transformers and related materials, provision/installation of D-boxes, laying of underground cables and associated works as per IESCO specifications.

Important procurement notes: Bidding is through the E-Procurement / EPAPS portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit bids online as per the published procedure. Bid security in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO, is required. Joint ventures are allowed subject to conditions. All bidders must meet eligibility/qualification criteria as specified by IESCO (registration, tax compliance, experience, PEC category where applicable).
