NAB Public Notice: Inquiry Against Asad Ur Rehman Khan (CEO, Smart Solutions Co) — Victims Submit Complaints Within 30 Days

Issuer: National Accountability Bureau (Regional Bureau, Islamabad/Rawalpindi).

Purpose: NAB has initiated an inquiry against Asad Ur Rehman Khan, CEO of Smart Solutions Co & others, for allegedly depriving the public of invested amounts under the pretext of profit in the business of sale/purchase of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel) and related works. Victims who believe they were cheated/fraudulently treated and have not yet submitted claims are requested to submit complaints/claims within 30 days from the date of this advertisement.

Who should apply: Individuals or entities who invested or transacted with Smart Solutions Co (or related parties) and consider themselves victims of the alleged cheating/fraud. Those who have already submitted claims need not re-submit.

Submission methods: Complaints should be submitted to the National Accountability Bureau (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) at Sector G-6, Civic Center, Islamabad either by courier or by email to [email protected]. Complaints received after 30 days from the publication date will not be processed.
