Police Department (CPO Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids for framework contracts for multiple supply and repair items for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible, experienced and financially sound firms registered with active NTN and Sales Tax are invited to participate via the Punjab e-procurement system.
Key submission details:
- Bidding method: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
- Submission platform & URL: Punjab e-procurement system (eP) https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bid upload deadline: 2026-08-26 up to 10:30 AM. Technical & financial bids will be opened on 2026-08-26 at 11:00 AM through the e-procurement Acquisition & Disposal System in the presence of the procurement committee and bidder representatives.
- Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost to be submitted/released via PSID through a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
- Taxes: All rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
- Eligibility & documentation: NTN, Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax (if applicable), Income Tax certificate, Police Character Certificate and firm profile (technical & financial) to be uploaded. Firms must not be defaulters/disqualified and should declare the same as required.
- Performance guarantee: Successful bidders will deposit 5% of the total contract value as performance guarantee in e-procurement (refundable on successful completion) and comply with other contract requirements.
