Issuer: National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Regional Bureau Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Purpose: NAB has initiated an inquiry against Asad Ur Rehman Khan, CEO of Smart Solutions Co. and others for alleged cheating of the public by depriving them of their invested amounts under the pretext of profit in the business/sale or purchase of construction materials and related works (e.g., cement, steel).
Who should respond: Persons who consider themselves victims of alleged cheating/fraud by Smart Solutions Co. or related parties and who have not previously submitted their claims, or who could not submit earlier.
Action required: Submit complaints/claims to the National Accountability Bureau (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) at Sector G-6, Civic Center, Islamabad within 30 days from the date of this advertisement. Claims may be submitted by courier or by email.
