NAB Public Notice: Inquiry Against Management of M/s Earth Link Developments (Bahria Town, Rawalpindi)

Issuer: Regional National Accountability Bureau (Islamabad / Rawalpindi). Purpose: An inquiry has been initiated against the management of M/s Earthlink Developments (Pvt) Ltd and others for alleged defrauding/cheating the general public by receiving large sums as investment in real estate business and promising paying profits. Persons who consider themselves victims of this cheating/fraud and could not earlier submit claims are requested to submit complaints/claims to NAB within 30 days from the date of this advertisement.

Required documents to accompany complaints:

- Copy of CNIC

- Affidavit (specimen of affidavit can be downloaded from NAB's website)

- Payment receipts / cheques / contracts, etc.

Important instructions:

- Complaints should be filed as per instructions on NAB website (www.nab.gov.pk) and submitted to the designated NAB office.

- Complaints received after 30 days from the publication date of this advertisement will not be processed.

- Inform other affected parties to strengthen their stance in the subject case.

- Those who have already submitted their claims need not submit again.
