Super Net Technologies Limited informs shareholders that its Board of Directors in the meeting held on 15 July 2026 has approved a rights issue to raise additional capital. The company will issue rights shares that will carry equal pari-passu rights with the existing ordinary shares.
The Board approved issuance of 91,476,554 rights shares at a face value of Rs. 10 (ten rupees) per share, to be offered at a ratio of approximately 85 rights shares for every 100 existing shares (85%). Eligibility record dates and the offer document will be announced in due course in accordance with the Companies (Issue of Further Shares) Regulations, 2020. Company Secretary: Muhammad Farhan Saeed.
