Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid via EPADS – Multiple D.E. Locomotive Spares Tenders (Sep 2026)

Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Chief Controller of Purchase, P.R. Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of D.E. locomotive spares through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure. Bidding will be carried out using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and follow e-bidding instructions. All bids must be accompanied by required bid security in the form specified and submitted electronically; manual submissions will not be entertained.
