Tender Notice: Construction of External Drainage & Sewerage Works – University of Sufism & Modern Sciences, Bhitshah

University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah invites sealed bids on single-stage, one-envelope procedure (Procurement Method: EPADs) from reputable and experienced firms/companies for the construction of external drainage and sewerage works.

Eligibility & Mandatory Documents (summary):

- Income tax returns for the last 3 years with documentary proof.
- Audit report / bank statement showing average turnover of at least PKR 80 million for the last 3 years.
- Details of equipment and transport owned by the firm/contractor with documentary proof.
- Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (C-4 & above) and specified CE codes for drainage construction (as listed).
- Affidavit on stamp paper that the firm has not been blacklisted and is not involved in litigation with government / semi-government / autonomous bodies.
- List of similar projects executed in the last 5 years (minimum 3 projects) with work orders and completion certificates; each project cost shown as required.
- Valid registration with tax authorities (FBR and Sindh Revenue Board) and proof of active taxpayer status.
- Original bid documents and BOQ duly signed & stamped by the contractor must be submitted at time of tender opening.

Terms & Submission:

- Bids must be sealed and submitted by the stated submission time. Bids unsigned, without stamp, conditional, telegraphic, late, or not accompanied by the required bid security will be rejected.
- Bid validity: 90 days from the date of opening of the tender.
- Tender fee and bid security should be submitted in the prescribed forms (pay order / call deposit / bank guarantee) in favour of the University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah.
- Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
