Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Multiple Packages)

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for multiple procurement packages for FY 2026-27 under PPRA rules. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant Tax Departments/Government of Pakistan and must obtain bidding documents online. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System and original bid security must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent, RIC, Rawalpindi.

How to obtain documents and submit bids:

- Bidding documents, terms and conditions, and quantities are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement portals:
www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk and https://epunjab.gov.pk (e-Procurement portal).

- A 2% of the estimated contract price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee is required as bid security (refundable) and the original must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawalpindi.

- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with the e-procurement rules. Late or direct submissions to the office (other than required originals) will not be accepted.
