District Council Rawalpindi — Pre-Qualification Notice for Road Rehabilitation Works (Murree)

District Council Rawalpindi invites pre-qualification applications through the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) from financially sound and experienced contractors/firms registered on EP system for 2026–2027 for execution of road rehabilitation schemes. Pre-qualification documents and detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded free from the EP portal. Applications must be submitted via EP system by the deadline and will be opened online in the presence of applicants or their representatives.

Key instructions: submit applications through EP system by the deadline; upload all required information, credentials and certificates as listed in the pre-qualification documents; incomplete or ambiguous submissions will not be considered. District Council Rawalpindi reserves the right to accept/reject any or all applications under Punjab Procurement Rules. Submission deadline: Applications must be submitted via EP system by 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM (PST). Applications will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) through the EP system. Pre-qualification notice uploaded on the PPRA website on 2026-08-03; some tender/bid documents were uploaded earlier on the PPRA portal on 2026-06-04.
