- Submission method: Online only via Punjab E-Procurement System (https://punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk). It is preferable that a hard copy also reaches the Board office within the stipulated time, but online submission is mandatory.
- Submission deadline: 2026-08-27 at 11:00 AM (local time). Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Opening of bids: Same day (2026-08-27) at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (bank guarantee/CDR) must accompany the bid; failure to provide will lead to disqualification.
- Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement System. Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules 2014 with reasons recorded.
- Contract conditions: The successful firm must ensure salaries and payments to janitorial staff are disbursed by the 10th of each month and in accordance with government-prescribed wage rates. The firm offering the lowest acceptable rates shall be declared the successful bidder.
