Tender Notice No.16/2026 – Supply & Services (25 Packages) — Pak Secretariat Islamabad

A public sector organization (Pak Secretariat) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone/fax numbers for the supply of various items and materials under Tender Notice No. 16/2026. Tender documents are available from the undersigned on working days (Mon–Fri) between 09:00 and 13:00 (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Tender submission and opening procedures as stated below must be followed. Pay order/Bank draft for the tender fee should be in favour of the Accounts Officer; P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit will not be accepted. Bidders must bring original documents at time of opening. Tender opening will take place at 14:00 on the package closing date; documents will be received until 13:30 on the same day.

How to apply / submit bids: Collect tender documents from the office of Head (Procurement) on Pak Secretariat premises. Submit sealed tenders along with the prescribed non-refundable tender fee (pay order) by the announced closing date and time. Late bids will not be accepted. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Tender fee & dates: Tender fee for most packages is Rs.2,000; a few packages carry a fee of Rs.1,500 as per package notice. Individual package opening dates range from 2026-08-26 to 2026-09-09 (each package opens on its specified date at 14:00). Tender documents detail the exact tender enquiry number and package-wise opening date.

Important notes: Tender documents are non-transferable. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax Department. Payment must be by pay order/bank draft as specified; cash will not be accepted for tender fee.
