NADRA Tender: Purchase of Lands/Plots for Regional NADRA Offices (Tender No. 01/2026-27/Khi)

Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control – Regional Head Office, Karachi. NADRA invites electronic bids for the purchase of lands/plots for establishment of NADRA offices (Mega/NRC). This is Tender Notice No. 01/2026-27/Khi.

Submission and opening:

- Electronic bids must be submitted through NADRA's e-procurement (ePADS / eProcure) system as per the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure.

- Last date/time for e-bid submission: 2026-08-27 at 12:00 PM.

- Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-08-27 at 12:30 PM at the NADRA Regional Head Office, Karachi.

Key requirements and features for proposed properties:

• Signature value/clear title of land/site; well-known area.
• Security-wise visible location and accessibility by public transport.
• Land/site to be within boundaries of the respective District or Tehsil and near to city area for convenience to the general public.
• Availability of utilities (WAPDA/K-Electric, sewerage, gas, PTCL, water, bank, etc.).
• Land/site must be free from litigation, all types of liabilities (mortgage/pledge) etc.; possession of land clearly required.
• Land/site should not be in flood-prone/flood-path declared area and preferably commercially used area; not be in restricted/security area.
• Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Affidavit/Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.500/- certifying the land is free from disputes is mandatory.

Mandatory documents to attach (as published): attested copies of property/ownership/title documents (all types of Deeds, Lease, Sub Lease, Government Transfer Order, Mutation Order, Allotment Order, Fresh Search Form and Registered General Power of Attorney etc.), attested photocopy of valid approved map, site plan, CNIC, NTN, GST and SST from concerned authorities, Property Tax receipt and Encumbrance Certificate (if any), No Objection Certificate (NOC) from concerned authorities and affidavit/undertaking as noted above.
