PESCO Request for Bids: Procurement of 132kV ZM Type Towers & Leg Extensions (Ref P61190)

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) – PMU invites sealed bids for the procurement of 132kV ZM type towers and leg extensions under PMU-3/2026-27 (Ref: P61190). Funding is reserved for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by Tuesday, 2026-08-11 at 10:00 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Bid security (Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format) is required; the original bid security with a covering letter must be delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar before bid closing.
