ESEF KP Re-Invitation for Bids: IT Equipment & Accessories for Global Virtual School

Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from manufacturers or their authorized dealers/partners registered with income/sales tax and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for procurement of I.T. equipment and allied accessories for the Global Virtual School. Bid solicitation documents, equipment descriptions, quantities and evaluation criteria are available for download from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication; the advert is also on www.kppra.gov.pk and https://esef.gkp.pk/.

Bidders must upload scanned bids to the EPADS system by 2026-08-10 02:30 PM. Only Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room, ESEF Office, Peshawar. A 2% bid security in original physical form (CDR/DD/Pay Order/Banker's cheque) in the name of "Managing Director ESEF KP Peshawar" must be submitted before the deadline. Bids submitted by hand/post/courier, e-mail or fax will not be accepted.
