Tender: Settlement & Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts — Equipment Supply & Services

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Revenue & Estate Department invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for supply, installation, commissioning, testing and training of equipment for the Settlement & Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and submit 2% bid security. Tender documents (fee Rs.1,000 non-refundable) are available from the Project Director’s office and via the KPPRA website; firms downloading documents must deposit Rs.1,000 to Account No. PK83KHYB0002002007575214 at Bank of Khyber, Branch Code 0002.

Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted via EPADS and in hard copy (single stage-two envelopes) by 06 Aug 2026, 12:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Settlement & Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts.
