Punjab Prisons Tender: Procurement of Wheat for Central Jail Sahiwal (Bid Closing 2026-08-17)

Punjab Prisons (Government of the Punjab) invites e-bids for the procurement of wheat for Central Jail, Sahiwal. Interested suppliers, authorized distributors or general order suppliers registered with relevant taxation and registration authorities may submit bids online as per the terms and conditions below.

Submission & deadline: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) on or before 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM. Hard copies submitted by hand will not be entertained. Bids will be opened by the Evaluation Committee on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives through the e-Procurement system.

Bid Security & payment: Earnest money (bid security) must be submitted in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of Superintendent Central Jail Sahiwal as required in the bidding documents and submitted before the closing time as instructed in the tender documents.

Procurement procedure & notes: Single-stage two-envelope procedure with least-cost method shall be adopted as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
