E-Tender: Procurement of Electrical Items for Street Lights — Municipal Corporation Sahiwal

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites e-tenders from firms/contractors on item-rate basis under the PPRA E-Tendering system (Single Stage Single Envelope) for procurement of electrical items for operation, maintenance and repair of street lights for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may participate. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and compliance with bidding requirements is mandatory. Digital bid security and e-performance security are required as specified below.

Key instructions: Bid submission and opening will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Digital bid security must be submitted; physical instruments (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. A valid digital bank guarantee/e-performance security equal to 10% of the contract price is required as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Total bid price will be calculated by multiplying unit rates by quantities. Contractors may attend the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal office at the stated opening time. Non-compliant or fraudulent bids/documents may lead to disqualification and blacklisting as per rules.
