Open Tender Notice 52-58/2026 — Supply of Chemicals, Equipment & Tools (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own office with telephone and fax facilities. Tenders will be processed on a Single-Stage One-Envelope basis.

How to obtain documents: Detailed specifications, terms and conditions and tender documents can be obtained from Head Procurement on written request on company letterhead along with the prescribed tender fee (bank draft/pay order) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash payment for tender fee will not be accepted.

Bid security: Each tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

Other conditions: Tenders received after the cut-off will not be entertained. Tender validity shall be 60 days from the date of opening. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders at any stage. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Envelopes must be clearly super-scribed with the tender number.
