Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO) – a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways. Purpose: Grant of long-term mixed-use commercial lease of Pakistan Railways prime land at Mardan Station Yard on a long-term lease model. Lease term: 33 years (extendable for another term of 33 years). Building construction to follow local construction bye-laws.
