Adamjee Insurance Sealed-Bid Sale of 24 Salvage/Company-Maintained Vehicles — Bid Deadline 2026-08-17

Issuer: Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. invites sealed bids for the sale of 24 salvage/company-maintained vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Vehicles may be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 at 1-A Gulberg, Lahore (0333-4698124). Last date for submission of bids: 2026-08-17.

Key conditions: Reserve price will be displayed on each vehicle. Participants must deposit Rs. 40,000 per vehicle as token money (refundable if bid is unsuccessful; non-refundable if bid succeeds; token may be confiscated if payment is not made by the stipulated date). All participants should examine vehicle files/documents before submitting bids; overwriting/cutting will lead to rejection. Successful bidder must pay by pay order(s), obtain vehicle documents on or before the last date of payment and arrange transfer in his/nominee's name before taking delivery. All transfer charges, taxes and duties payable to government departments are borne by the buyer. WHT will be charged on the offered price at 10% (Filer) or 20% (Non-Filer). Capital Value Tax (CVT) shown as @ 01% on the amount (offered price + 10% WHT); vehicles having displacement of 1300 CC and below are excluded from CVT.
