National University of Modern Languages (NUML), H-9 Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 as per PPRA Rule 36A for supply to the main campus for fiscal year 2026-2027. Only well-reputed, GST-registered firms registered on EPADS v2.0 may participate.

Important instructions:
- Submission deadline: 2026-08-27 at 1100 Hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders.
- Bid security must be in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded via EPADS v2.0 and the original Bank Draft / Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposal(s).
- Non-refundable tender fee: PKR 15,000 per tender (Bank Draft / Pay Order) to be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid.
- NUML reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
