Notice Inviting Tender — Urban Planning & Development Dept., Naseerabad Division (D.M. Jamali)

Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Naseerabad Division (D.M. Jamali) invites sealed tenders under Composite Schedule Rates 2026 (Government of Balochistan) from reputed firms/contractors for the following works. Tendering will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority procedures.

• Basic eligibility: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed and in the relevant category (C-6 or above where specified).
• Firms/contractors must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); income tax and other relevant tax documentation must be provided.
• Bid security: as required by the PPRA/Balochistan procurement rules (typically in the form of call deposit from scheduled bank) — submit with the bid.
• Processing fee: a non-refundable tender processing fee (Rs. 1,000 per tender) is required as per document instructions.
• All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development, Naseerabad Division (D.M. Jamali).
